This is a general listing for the special edition float mounted framing option of any print. About the Frame:
The image area of the print is 13" x 13" for square images, and 13” wide for rectangular images. The overall paper size is 17”, and the print is custom framed in a white wood frame with a floating mount and super white mat. The face of the frame is approximately 1.25” and the outer measurements of the finished frame are 25” x 25”. The print is of the highest gallery quality ~ striking up close, and a bold statement when viewed from a distance.
About the work:
The prints are from an ongoing project called "Reimagining Nature & The Nocturnals". They are a series of large scale photographs where I, working digitally and with mindfulness for lighting and composition, build wholly new imagery using botanicals and natural objects. The results are at once familiar and strikingly unfamiliar. Of the earth yet other worldly. The images are bold, sensual, and effervescent with light and color. They are concrete and ethereal simultaneously.
This print size is a limited edition archival print of 20, and it will arrive signed and with a signed Certificate of Authenticity.
